I began my HR career in the nonprofit sector in Central Massachusetts working with at-risk youth before moving to San Francisco where I worked for an agency providing affordable housing for low-income families. Most recently, I worked for the hospitality group Soho House in New York as a People & Development leader where I focused on building employee relationships and partnering with managers on leadership development with a special focus on diversity and inclusion. I am excited to join the Dewpoint team and to draw on my past experiences to continue to foster a mission-driven culture.
Outside of work I enjoy being outdoors as much as possible: running, hiking, horseback riding, and being at the beach. Love to travel and trying new foods (I will eat anything as long as it’s not spicy). I have two cats (Arya and Bellatrix) and a miniature schnauzer named Él Cutíe.
