Ben is a Senior Scientist at Dewpoint Therapeutics focusing on protein production and in vitro biology. Most recently, he was a scientist at X-Chem Pharmaceuticals, where he focused on protein production and biochemical/biophysical assay development. Ben has always been fascinated by the intersection with chemistry and biology, which has guided his education. He earned a B.S. in Chemistry from the University of Rochester, where he studied protein folding with Kara Bren. At Boston University, he earned an M.A. and Ph.D. in chemistry, focusing on enzymology with Sean Elliott.
