Bella Gorbatcheva has over 20 years of experience in drug discovery & global development, strategic outsourcing/partnerships, and project/program management focusing on oncology/immuno-oncology, and rare neuromuscular diseases. She has held various roles across academia and the pharmaceutical/biotech sector (Millennium Pharmaceuticals, Novartis, Merck KGaA). Most recently Bella was an Associate Director at Sarepta Therapeutics where she built an operations platform in support of Translational Sciences Leadership Team for monitoring Pharmacology, Toxicology, and Clinical Biomarker Development functions. She has also provided a project management support to Sarepta Program Office in advancing the Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy RNA-targeted therapeutic programs, from early development to marketed stages.
Bella holds an MBA from D’Amore-McKim School of Business at Northeastern University, and M.S. in Engineering Technology, Biotechnology from Moscow State University of Food Production.
