Kelly Clark

Kelly leads Strategic Planning and Operations within R&D at Dewpoint and is passionate about providing alliance management, project management, and operational support that enables teams to focus on advancing the science. Kelly brings over 20 years of experience in translational and systems biology research, bioinformatics, data sciences and analytics, and program management on both the science and business side. 

Prior to joining Dewpoint, Kelly held positions at Biogen, Merck and Pfizer. At Biogen, she implemented a new enterprise-wide Portfolio and Resource Management platform, as well as established and led the R&D Project Management Office, which provided project management for R&D programs from early research to marketed stages. At Merck, Kelly led a team of data scientists and informatics projects operating across R&D and was responsible for the design and implementation of a novel, predictive toxicology knowledge graph. Kelly held several roles of increasing responsibility at Pfizer, from bench to business operations; here she transformed the processes and systems to Worldwide Comparative Medicine across four global sites and lead mergers & acquisitions activities across multiple functions. 

Kelly is originally from Michigan where she received her Bachelor of Science degree in Biomedical Sciences from Western Michigan University.  

In her spare time, Kelly is a classical pianist and is passionate about connecting the local scientific and artistic communities through music. She is co-founder of the Kendall Square Orchestra where she volunteers as CFO and plays the piano.
