The Team

Dewpoint Therapeutics translates condensate biology into much-needed medicines. Biomolecular condensates are transforming our understanding of biology, and our highly collaborative team is at the forefront of efforts to harness this shift for drug discovery. The Opportunity

We are searching for a collaborative, intuitive, seasoned Executive Assistant whose primary responsibility will be to provide comprehensive support to the CSO including substantial interactions with the internal leadership team, and various external investors and stakeholders.

In addition to supporting the CSO, this individual will provide general administrative support to other executives within the leadership team. This dynamic position requires the ability to anticipate needs, a high degree of tact and discretion, a highly professional and corporate presence, self-confidence, flexibility, and adaptability. The ability to effectively work in a fast-paced changing environment is critical to success in the position.

The Role 

In this role you will…

  • Provide sophisticated calendar management for CSO. Prioritize inquiries and requests while troubleshooting conflicts; make judgements and recommendations to ensure smooth day-to-day engagements
  • Facilitate the CSO’s ability to lead the organization by handling the administration of the office, including: assisting with special projects; designing and producing complex documents, reports, and presentations; collecting and preparing information for meetings with internal and outside parties; composing and preparing correspondence; making meeting, travel and event arrangements (onsite, remote and offsite), attend meetings with the CSO to take notes and contribute to the minutes
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external constituencies on all matters pertaining to the CSO, including those of a highly confidential or critical nature. Prioritize and determine appropriate course of action, referral, or response, exercising judgement to reflect CSO’s style and organization policy
  • Work to keep CSO well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately. Develop a sense for the issues taking place in the environment and keep the CSO updated. Anticipate CSO’s needs in advance of meetings, conferences, etc.
  • While reporting to the CSO, be a member of a highly efficient international administrative team to ensure Dewpoint's overall operations.
  • Work closely with Boston-based leadership team on support needs that intersect with CSO's meetings, interviews etc.
  • Become a valuable contributor to other initiatives as they arise in our fast-paced, start-up environment


To do that you will need…

  • 6-10 years as C-Suite Level executive assistant with experience in a high-growth, fast paced business environment. Ideally from the biotech, biopharma, or pharm industry
  • Demonstrated ability to:
    • Manage a global executive calendar, meetings, travel, and remote responsibilities
    • Identify opportunities/gaps/obstacles and apply analytical and creative thinking to address or escalate as needed
    • Operate with independence, ownership, initiative, and accountability
    • Navigate sensitive or complex situations/issues with a deft touch
    • Strong project management skills to juggle multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
    • Keen attention to detail; perspective to know what is important and what is less important base on value and impact
    • Ability to collaborate and build relationships in a multidisciplinary, multifocal, and dynamic environment
  • Proficiencies in:
    • MS Office, G-suite, Zoom
    • Written and spoken business English, the shared language of our multi-cultural team
